Keratin is the major protein in hair and nails,it is a hard and very stable protein , it is not soluble in water, so it cannot directly for absorption and utilization in the industry application.
Human and animal hair, feathers, feet, shells, claws, horns, scales are keratin rich resource, keratin must be by the high temperature and high pressure, acid, alkali, or enzyme processing, into a short peptide or free amino acids—Hydrolyzed keratin.
So Hydrolyzed keratin is a combination of amino acids, vitamin, proteins,water soluble property, that can be absorption and utilization.
Production process : Scales endoplasm layer→ cleaning → extraction → decoloring → filtering→ sterile →Packing → finished product.
